Chimney Relining System
Most masonry chimneys are constructed with an inner liner of clay tiles.
The purpose of this liner is to keep the heat of flue gases inside the chimney
so the chimney cannot overheat the nearby combustible material, such as
the framing and walls of your house, and possibly cause a fire. The liner
also keeps carbon monoxide, moisture, creosote, smoke and other products
of combustion from seeping through the bricks and mortar of your chimney
and leaking into your home. As you can see, a secure lining system is crucial
to the safety and well being of your home and family.
This brings us to a chimney relining system. It is what you need when the
original clay tile liner was either never installed, or when the tile lining
cracks, crumbles and deteriorates over time. Water damage, chimney fires,
or just age can cause the deterioration of your clay liner.
With our certified personnel guarantee the correction and preventions of
any issue named above

Complete Rebuilds
Our services include a complete restoration and rebuilding of your chimney
whether you’d like to change the look or repair for damages.
Clothes dryers put moisture and lint into their exhaust systems during normal
operation. As the moisture condenses on the inside of the exhaust piping,
the lint will build up and can partially or completely block the vent. This
blockage will cause your dryer to work harder drying your clothes, and can
be a potential hazard if it becomes hot enough to ignite.
If it takes longer to dry your clothes
than you think it should, it could very well be a partially blocked vent.
Before replacing your clothes dryer, have the system inspected. We check
for proper installation of all piping components, lint build-up in the system,
and proper airflow. Frequently the piping in the crawl space or basement
is flexible plastic or metal tubing that actually helps to trap moisture
and lint.
To help avoid problems:
o Be sure you have rigid metal piping
all the way to the outside of your home.
o Annual inspection is highly recommended for dryer exhaust systems.
o Have the vent cleaned regularly.
